How to treat bromhidrosis
incision method
An incision of approximately 5 cm is made in the armpit. The subcutaneous fat layer and apocrine sweat glands are removed together.
radiofrequency cautery
High-frequency electrocautery is used to destroy apocrine sweat glands in the armpit area. This method utilizes insulated needles for targeted destruction.
permanent hair removal
Apocrine sweat glands have discharge ducts connected to hair follicles. Hair removal lasers are used to destroy hair follicles, hair roots, and apocrine sweat glands simultaneously.
